Rates are for space for an INDOOR 4x6ft spot ($140) (must bring your own table and chair)
OR an OUTDOOR 10x10ft space ($100) (must bring your own tent, table, chair) - Deposit is not available for these spots.
Spots may NOT be shared between businesses.
Event or business insurance is required.
Non-refundable, non-transferable. No exceptions, including illness, poor weather, etc.
Business or vendor insurance required.
Vendors are responsible and required to learn and obtain any Food Safe / Health Canada / Serving It Right documents relevant to their business.
Any slander or defamation towards Mainland Markets and/or it's owners for any reason, before, during or after an event will result in immediate removal without refunds, and may be subject to legal repercussions.
$75 deposit option is available (limited availability), only available for INDOOR spots for this event *** NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR THIS DATE
Remaining balance will be DUE 4 weeks prior to market date.
If you do not receive an email with the payment link, contact us via email. It is your responsibility to do this if you do not receive the email reminder.
Failure to pay remaining balance by due date will result in the vendor forfeiting their spot and losing their deposit.
